How to send your precious keepsakes?

To ensure your keepsake is crafted with care and received on time, please read the following guidelines carefully before sending your inclusions.
⏳ Sending Timeline
All inclusions must be sent within 30 days of placing your order.
If inclusions are not received within this timeframe, your order will be marked as fulfilled, and store credit will be issued.
Refunds are not available after 30 days, unless otherwise discussed and approved via email at healinghueofficial@gmail.com.
📦 Shipping Instructions
You will receive the shipping address in your order confirmation email.
If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
If it’s still missing, email healinghueofficial@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll provide the address again.
All inclusions must be sent via tracked DPD parcel for security and traceability.
It is your responsibility to track your parcel and ensure it has been delivered.
If you believe your parcel has been delivered but haven’t Received an email from us within 2-3 business days, please contact us sometimes updates take a little longer. Once we Receive the parcel we shall update you the making process throughout the process via emails ourselves.
⚠️ Important Note
Please do not send the very last of any inclusions (especially milk, ashes, or hair).
While lost parcels are rare, we would never want you to risk sending the last of something irreplaceable. Only a small amount is needed for each piece.
💧 Breast Milk

Please send about 1 ounce (30 mL) of milk for ease of handling and multiple pieces.
If you are short on supply, we can work with ½ ounce (15 mL). - Triple bag your milk using high-quality breast milk storage bags. Ensure each bag is tightly sealed and place them inside a padded mailer or box.
- Avoid colored bags ink from some brands can leak into the milk.
- Label only the outermost bag with your name and order number. Do not label inner bags, as ink can contaminate the milk if leakage occurs.
- Do not add paper towels, tissues, or any absorbent material inside the bags.
- Fresh or frozen milk is perfectly fine — it does not need to stay cold during transit.
- Unused milk will not be returned, but securely stored for possible future orders or repairs.
🕊️ Ashes
- Send about ¼ teaspoon of ashes per 1–2 pieces.
- Place them in a tightly sealed small bag (no need to triple bag).
- Label the bag with your name and order number.
- Do not send ashes in a regular stamped envelope — it may be returned by DPD due to thickness.
🌿 Placenta / Umbilical Cord
- Must be completely dried before sending.
- If encapsulated, send 1 capsule for up to 3 pieces.
- For umbilical cords: send ¼ of the cord stump for light inclusion, or the full stump if you’d like more visible texture.
- Any remaining material will be stored securely for possible future orders or repairs.
- Label clearly with your name and order number.
💫 Hair
- Send a 1-inch lock of hair per piece.
- Wrap the hair in a small piece of foil (preferred) or paper — this keeps it together neatly.
- Do not tape the hair, as removing tape damages it.
- Place the foil packet in a small ziplock bag labeled with your name, order number, and “hair”.
- Leftover hair will be stored unless you specifically request its return in your order notes or by email.
🌸 Flowers
- Please send only dried flowers fresh blooms may mold in transit.
- If unsure about dryness, include a few silica gel sachets in the bag.
- Typically, one petal of each color or a small palm-sized handful of tiny flowers (like baby’s breath) is sufficient.
- Label the bag with your name and order number.
- Do not send in regular letter envelopes; use a padded mailer or small box via DPD tracked shipping.
- Certain natural pigments may fade over time this is a natural process and not a defect.
