💫 Appointments & Bookings
How do I book a henna or champi session?
You can book your session easily through our Setmore page or by contacting us directly.
A 10% deposit is required to secure regular bookings.
For weddings, parties, or group sessions, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your slot.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes — please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred once if notice is given in time.
What happens if I’m late for my appointment?
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may lead to a shortened session or rescheduling.
Deposits will not be refunded in such cases.

Do I need to tell you about my allergies or medical conditions?
Absolutely. Please disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities before your appointment.
Healing Hue cannot be held responsible for any reactions if conditions are undeclared.
Are patch tests available for henna?
Yes! Patch tests are available upon request and are highly recommended for clients with sensitive skin or a history of allergies.
How do you ensure hygiene and safety?
All tools and surfaces are sanitized between clients, and we use only natural, EU-compliant ingredients in all products and services.

🌸 Products – Healing Hue Herbal Range
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Due to EU cosmetic safety laws, opened or used products cannot be returned.
Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if in their original, unused condition.
What if the product arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo and video proof of the unopened product and packaging.
Verified damaged items will be replaced or refunded according to EU consumer protection laws.
How should I store products from the Herbal Range?
Store your items in a cool, dry place away from sunlight to preserve freshness and potency.
Always close lids tightly after each use to maintain quality.

Can I request changes after my keepsake has been made?
Once production begins, all sales are final.
Minor variations in colour or finish are part of the handcrafted nature of each piece.
What if my keepsake is damaged or faulty?
Report any issues within 3 days of delivery with photo and video proof.
Repairs or replacements will be offered where reasonable.
How should I send personal materials like breastmilk or hair?
Clients are responsible for safe packaging.
Use leak-proof containers for liquids and seal hair securely.
Healing Hue takes care in handling inclusions but cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during transit.
Do you store personal materials after making keepsakes?
No. Remaining inclusions are respectfully discarded unless you request their return beforehand (extra postage may apply).

💰 Refunds & Returns
Can I get a refund for my henna or champi session?
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred once if proper notice (48 hours) is given.
If Healing Hue cancels, you’ll receive a full refund or reschedule option.
Can I return a faulty Healing Hue Herbal Range product?
Yes — report any faults within 3 days of delivery with supporting photo/video proof.
Verified cases will be replaced or refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Are custom keepsakes refundable?
No. Custom keepsakes are non-refundable once production begins, but faulty items may be repaired or replaced when possible.
